What aesthetic oculoplasty covers
Aesthetic oculoplasty is about the appearance of the eyelids and the skin around the eyes: for example heavy upper eyelids, bags or hollows beneath the eyes, and changes that come with age.
It begins with an assessment. The doctor looks at your eyes and eyelids as well as the surrounding skin, explains what could and could not change, and discusses the options that may suit you, which can include surgery. Which treatments are offered is confirmed at the consultation.
